The trajectory correction mortar projectile is currently developed by various countries competitively.In the process of research and development,a large number of repeated trajectory simulations are needed.The traditional numerical simulation cannot visually observe the flight attitude and correction effect of the mortar projectile.For this reason,the model of trajectory correction mortar projectile with fixed-canard and visual simulation scenes is established,the real-time simulation of the correction process driven by seven-degree-of-freedom trajectory data is realized and the visualization simulation system of the trajectory correction mortar projectile is developed with Virtual Reality(VR)technology in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The correction process analysis of the trajectory correction mortar projectile is carried out,and the demand analysis and overall architecture,function,workflow and human-computer interaction interface design of the VR-based visual simulation system of the trajectory correction mortar projectile are carried out.(2)The seven-degree-of-freedom rigid body trajectory model of the trajectory correction mortar projectile is established,and the numerical simulation of the uncontrolled and controlled trajectory is carried out.The trajectory solution dynamic link library is developed in C++.And it can exchange real-time data with Unity3 D and provide real-time solution trajectory data for the visual simulation system.(3)In order to achieve the more intuitive trajectory simulation effect,this paper uses 3ds Max to establish three-dimensional models such as scenes models and ammunition models,realizes the dynamic loading of 3D models in the simulation system developed with Unity3 D,and develops the real-time rendering of the correction mortar projectile flight process interface driven by trajectory solution data.And this paper solves the key technologies of VR-based visualization simulation of the correction ammunition.(4)The entire three-dimensional visual simulation system of the correction mortar projectile is developed with C# based on Unity3 D and Visual Studio.It realizes the visual simulation of the launching process of the correction mortar projectile,the function process of the trajectory correction component and the flight process driven by real-time trajectory solution data.Also it can visually display the attitude and the flight path of the mortar projectile,and has the functions of random trajectory visual simulation and results viewing.The above research results can provide a technical reference for the development of correction munitions and guided munitions.
