Research On SQ Company Budget Management In ERP Environment

As an important tool for enterprise management,comprehensive budget management has been paid more and more attention by enterprise management personnel.Comprehensive budget management can help enterprises to effectively manage capital,performance,cost and internal control.However,with the rapid development of social information technology,the traditional budget management model can no longer meet the needs of modern enterprises.For example,under the traditional budget management mode,Budget preparation is not accurate and timely,and adjustment and control are not flexible enough.In the process of enterprise information construction,ERP system has been widely used,which provides a favorable foundation for the information transformation of budget management.This paper firstly outlines the theoretical basis of the integration of comprehensive budget management and ERP system,and analyzes the implementation status of the comprehensive budget management platform under the ERP environment and the budget management platform.The results,such as simplifying the work content,improving work efficiency and so on.In the process of analysis,SQ companies found the shortcomings in the implementation of budget management,such as insufficient linkage between business objectives and budget targets,and provided suggestions for improvement.The selected case companies in this paper use the ERP implementation results,and the external external budget management platform.This platform originated from Germany.It has developed rapidly in the short period of several years.It has undertaken many large-scale enterprise projects and gained a good reputation among customers.There are few studies on the implementation effect of this platform in the data.This article can help enterprises have new ideas for budget management informationization.The shortcoming of this paper is that the budget data involves enterprise secrets and cannot be obtained.Therefore,this paper cannot analyze the budget management situation at the data layer,and only analyzes it from the budget management process.
