At the current stage,China's urbanization construction is at a high-speed development stage,urban population and social wealth are constantly gathering,and the city's disaster prevention and safety is increasingly important.Earthquake disasters are the most influential and defensive tasks in all kinds of natural disasters.How to effectively improve the city's disaster prevention capacity is related to the implementation of the personal property security and urbanization strategy of the majority of urban residents.With the development of social economy and science and technology,people's understanding and demand for disaster management are continuously deepening and expanding.The traditional concept of disaster prevention and mitigation that only focuses on the seismic capacity of the structure itself cannot fully meet the needs of urban earthquake mitigation and disaster prevention at the current stage.In urban areas,various types of residential areas are still an important part of meeting basic housing needs and are the basic units that make up the city.This thesis starts with the concept of seismic resilience of existing residential areas,and takes the existing residential areas as the research object.With the main goal of reducing the disaster risk of residential areas and comprehensively improving the ability of earthquake prevention and mitigation,the research of seismic resilience evaluation is carried out,a corresponding evaluation system is established,and the optimization strategy is given.The research of the thesis is mainly carried out from the following aspects:(1)Through the collection and combing of relevant literature materials,combined with the investigation of urban existing residential areas,the subjective and objective factors closely related to the earthquake resistance and resilience of existing residential areas are summarized,which provides a basis for the construction of seismic resilience index system.(2)A seismic resilience evaluation system for existing residential areas is established.The earthquake resistance capability of existing residential areas is analyzed from the four aspects of existing residential area's robustness,redundancy,rapidity and resourcefulness.The Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to weight the indicators according to their importance.And the criteria for evaluation of each indicator is determined.How to quickly and accurately evaluate the seismic performance of regional group buildings is an important basis for the establishment of the evaluation system.In this paper,the multi-degree-of-freedom shear layer model is applied to determine the damage criterion by time-history analysis,and the seismic damage state of group buildings under different intensity earthquakes is statistically analyzed,so that the seismic performance of group buildings can be accurately and quickly evaluated.(3)Two typical existing residential areas in Beijing were selected and evaluated for their seismic resilience based on the established evaluation system.The evaluation results are analyzed to identify the weak points of seismic resilience.On this basis,targeted optimization suggestions and upgrading strategies are proposed.
