Research On Construction Projects' Cost Control Of H Electric Power Construction Enterprise

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the growing demand for national power,the construction of supporting power infrastructure continues to speed up,the state-owned large and medium-sized electric power construction enterprises have been unprecedented development.At the same time,as the reform of the national electricity market is deepening,the competition of domestic power construction enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,traditional state-owned power construction enterprises are facing various difficulties and challenges,such as the rising cost of labor,the influx of private enterprises and so on.The poor performance of construction projects' cost control affects the profitability of power construction enterprises directly.Therefore,it is very important to study the construction projects' cost control of H electric power construction enterprise.In order to change its current situation of poor cost control effect,it is urgent to summarize a set of scientific and reasonable cost control measures,to provide experience support and case study for other electric power construction enterprises,and enhance the profitability and market competitiveness of power construction enterprises.Starting from the theory,this paper makes a thorough study on its construction projects' cost control based on full investigation of H electric power construction enterprise.Firstly,the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,and the research content and methods of this paper are introduced.Secondly,the definition of construction projects' cost is clarified,and the construction projects' cost control is discussed in detail.Then,the general situation of the enterprise is elaborated,including its operation status,cost composition of construction projects and the characteristics of undertaking construction projects,the current situation and existing problems of its construction projects' cost control are analyzed,and the causes of construction projects' cost control in the enterprise are explored,mainly including neglect of process cost control;unclear cost control rights and responsibilities of relevant personnel;inadequate human-machine cost control measures;weak links in material cost control and imperfect subcontracting selection system.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize its cost control of construction projects by strengthening process cost control,clarifying the cost control rights and responsibilities of relevant personnel,strengthening human-machine costcontrol,improving material cost control,and introducing the method of value engineering to improve subcontracting selection system.Through this study,I hope to provide reference for the improvement and promotion of the construction projects' cost control in the industry.
