Research On Cost Management Of The Construction Project Of Factory Building For Migrant Workers Pioneer Park In Daxin County Of Guangxi

With the rapid growth of China's economy,construction enterprises are not only face to face the current increasing pressure of market competition,also face the uncertainty of construction project construction in a variety of risk factors,the uncertainty of risk factors for the construction project construction cost has brought a lot of risk,if coupled with a lack of management personnel insufficient understanding of uncertainty factors,often lead to construction projects in the construction process for less than the expected cost management effect.From related survey found that in recent years in our country many housing project construction units existing in cost management of common and very serious cost overruns problem,under the environment of limited funding,seriously hindered the development of construction enterprises.One of the important reasons for this problem is the lack of effective management in the construction of existing construction projects.And the cost management of construction project is adaptation management needs development.Most domestic construction company must strengthen the cost management of the project and implement the cost control,especially in the construction process of the construction enterprise site project.This paper takes the Construction project of factory building for migrant workers Pioneer park in Daxin county of Guangxi as an example,from the perspective of the construction enterprise site project department,intends to discuss the project in the process of construction cost management issues.On how to use project cost management theory in the project,respectively from the bid after the construction enterprise project department work breakdown structure,comprehensive analysis of the resource cost budget cost,target cost,cost deviation method is used for the project construction,comparing the actual cost and combined with the objective of the specific implementation of the project put forward some suggestions.At the same time,combining with the characteristics of the freight cost of remote materials in the project area,the construction method combining material control and purchasing management is developed.Combination of migrant workers Pioneer park in Daxin county of Guangxi location away from raw materials procurement point caused by the characteristics of the material of freight price expensive,making the material material control and procurement management of combining the construction methods;Combined with the current construction "to replace the business tax with a value-added tax",the paper puts forward feasible Suggestions on the cost management of construction enterprise value-added tax.In this paper,it is of great significance to strengthen the cost management of engineering projects,improve the efficiency of engineering projects,and improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
