| Improving energy utilization rate has always been the key issue of sustainable development in China.However,as a major energy consumer with 21% of the total power consumption in China,there is still a big gap between China’s pump energy efficiency level and the international advanced level.Energy saving and consumption reduction of pump system has become a pivotal task.There are two key points in the work of improving efficiency and reducing consumption: one is to accurately and effectively monitor and evaluate the energy efficiency of the pump system,to explore the energy-saving space in the pump system;the other is to adopt more energy-saving control methods to reduce the energy consumption of the system.Based on these two points,the following research has been carried out:First of all,a software system of on-line monitoring and evaluation of pump efficiency is designed to monitor and analyze the energy efficiency of pump system.The software system receives the real-time working condition information of the site by establishing the communication connection between the industrial computer and the software system,and calculates,analyzes,stores and displays the information,thus realizing the functions of realtime monitoring,control,energy efficiency calculation,energy efficiency rating,database storage and report display.Secondly,this paper studies the frequency conversion and energy-saving control method of parallel pumps,and designs a scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm.By modeling the characteristic curve of the parallel pumps,the algorithm explores the working point and energy consumption status of the parallel pumps under different frequency combinations,and optimizes the frequency combination of the lowest energy consumption under different target flow through the genetic algorithm to determine the most energy-saving frequency conversion control scheme.Finally,the software system and energy-saving control method are tested in the parallel pump unit platform of the laboratory.In the test,the software system can achieve all the user needs;the energy-saving control algorithm can solve the frequency conversion combination with the lowest energy consumption according to the target flow,effectively reducing the total energy consumption of the system.The experimental results verify the stability and reliability of the software system,the feasibility of energy-saving control method and its application value in the actual pump system. |
