As an integral part of modern office buildings,air-conditioning systems have a major impact on ensuring a comfortable working environment.The traditional central air conditioning system is limited by floor height and sealing problems,and the air conditioning system cooling and heating effect is not ideal.By relying on pure manual operation of the on-off valve,the temperature in the room cannot be adjusted in time.In addition,the traditional building air-conditioning system can only adjust the temperature and does not improve the indoor air quality.In view of such problems,based on the actual situation of Xi'an Xulong Energy Building,combined with the status quo of domestic and foreign fresh air conditioning monitoring systems,the principle of fresh air conditioning system cooling and heating and the principle of fresh air control are analyzed.A design scheme based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and PROFINET combined with PROFIBUS-DP bus is proposed.On the basis of determining the overall scheme,hardware design and software design were carried out.The hardware design scheme was in the form of IPC+PLC+Substation,and the PLC module and field hardware equipment were selected.The software design includes PC software design,PLC program design and touch screen live screen design.The KingView6.55 design monitoring interface is used.STEP 7 V5.5 completes the Siemens S7-300 PLC hardware configuration and programming.The touch screen is completed by Wincc Flexible2008 software.The design of the interface.Among them,in order to realize the energy-saving control of the air-conditioning system,a frequency conversion control program for the cooling water pump is prepared.In order to realize the constant value control of indoor carbon dioxide,the adaptive fuzzy PID control strategy is adopted for the fresh air system,and the MATLAB simulation comparison test is carried out to verify that the fuzzy control is superior to the conventional PID control.The practical application shows that the monitoring system has high running precision and high stability.The variable frequency energy-saving control of the air-conditioning system and the fresh air system have obvious control effect on the constant value of carbon dioxide,which fully meets the requirements of the office building for indoor temperature and air quality.
