During the production and assembling process of air-conditioning intelligent control board,there are many factors which result in components failure,such as over-current,static electricity,assembly,welding and so on.Static electricity is one of the most serious factor for components quality and reliability because it can not only cause direct functional failure of the components,but also cause more worse effect that the components life is seriously affected although the performance does not completely fail.As a result,a large number of after-sales complaints have been caused,which has caused great troubles for the quality control of enterprises.Therefore,electrostatic testing and elimination in the production process of air conditioners is necessary.The following research work on electrostatic testing and elimination in air conditioning production has been carried out.1.An automatic real-time electrostatic detecting system of the circuit board is designed and implemented.The system is mainly composed of a computer,an electrostatic data acquisition module and a control unit outputting instruction.The collection,analysis and storage of the electrostatic signals,control instruction outputting and the query and display of historical data have been developed based on the Lab VIEW platform.2.A static electricity real-time elimination system is designed and implemented.It is mainly composed of a computer,an input unit,and an electrostatic precipitator unit.3.A network system of multiple-points electrostatic automatic real-time detection and elimination is designed and simulated in the production line.Real-time automatic static electricity detection and elimination systems are assigned in the various operation steps of the production line.The simulated experiment results show that the automatic real-time detection and elimination system is reasonable and effective and it has good man-machine interaction performance.The application of the system can greatly increase the life and yield of the production with a lower cost.
