| As an important part of highway construction,bridge engineering is not only a control node that crosses different obstacles or connects different areas,but also has a variety of requirements for construction requirements,especially for its comprehensive functions.The trend of complication has raised more and more updated requirements for the comprehensive design of bridges.Faced with the new requirements that are constantly being proposed in the development of bridges,the traditional CAD method of designing with two-dimensional plan paper has become more and more difficult.This requires us to grasp the opportunities brought by the informationization wave to innovate the design method.Adopting a new intelligent design method that is more intelligent,automated and synergistic to solve the problems encountered in bridge design,and successfully complete the bridge construction work.Building Information Model(BIM),as an informational concept,has been recognized as another major change in the design industry following the “sports board movement”.However,the research and application of BIM mainly focuses on the construction field.The research on BIM in the field of bridge design is less and mainly focuses on the research of basic theory.The research on its application is still in its infancy in China.In order to promote the intelligentization and automation of bridge design,this paper combines the characteristics of BIM technology and bridge engineering to study the method of applying BIM to bridge engineering and explore the way of bridge design automation.The main research contents are as follows:1.Research on the history of BIM technology and its development status at home and abroad,and analyze the key points and difficulties in applying BIM technology to bridge design,so as to clarify the research direction of the paper.2.Based on the definition,connotation,characteristics and value,the basic theory of BIM technology is studied.Based on the existing bridge design method,a practical bridge information model design implementation framework is proposed based on the characteristics of BIM.Based on the proposed implementation framework,the whole process application of BIM-based bridge design model is studied,including scheme comparison,structural analysis,steel layout,fault detection,automatic plotting,and engineering quantity statistics.4.Combine the existing BIM design software with the characteristics of bridge engineering,select Dassault CATIA with the best fineness of modeling and complex underlying data code and convenient information interaction as bridge modeling software,and study in detail Using CATIA to build a model specific method,solve various problems in the modeling process to realize the intelligent and automatic bridge modeling design,and lay a foundation for the practical application of BIM technology in bridge engineering.5.Taking Zhaizigou Bridge and Yunbao Yellow River Bridge as examples,the application of bridge information model technology on bridges is evaluated from both conceptual design and detailed design,and the practical practice of bridge BIM application is studied. |
