High-speed railway station is an important node of modern comprehensive urban passenger transport network,which undertakes the important functions of passenger flow distribution and transformation inside and outside the city.High-speed railway is more and more popular with passengers by virtue of its obvious advantages of medium and long distance transportation.The ever-increasing demand for high-speed railway travel exerts great pressure on passenger flow evacuation at high-speed railway stations.In recent years,such negative problems as the lack of humanization of station design and the difficulty of passengers leaving the station have become prominent.In addition,the development level of integrated transfer of high-speed railway stations in China is low,and the transfer connection organization lacks sufficient consideration of passenger behavior characteristics,which leads to low efficiency and poor experience of passenger transfer.There is a strong gap between the inefficiency of passenger departure transfer process and the fast sense of high-speed railway travel.Therefore,to explore the interaction between passenger transfer behavior and transfer efficiency,and to construct an evaluation model of passenger departure transfer efficiency is of great practical significance for improving the departure transfer efficiency of high-speed railway passengers.Firstly,the basic connotation of high-speed railway has been expounded in this paper,and the connection mode structure and transfer connection mode of urban traffic to highspeed railway station have been analyzed,and the method & characteristics of transfer organization with different modes of transportation have been clarified.Based on the analysis and comparison of the related theories of passenger transfer behavior analysis and efficiency evaluation,the integrated analysis framework of transfer "behaviorefficiency(SEM-DEA)",which combines subjective demand with objective supply has been put forward.Secondly,the influencing factors of passenger departure and transfer behavior have been sorted out from four aspects: self-attributes,travel attributes,station transfer environment attributes and transport operation attributes.The concept of "transfer perception efficiency" has been put forward,and its influencing factors have also been analyzed.The questionnaire of high-speed railway passengers' departure behavior intention and efficiency perception has been designed,and 274 valid samples have been collected.A SEM structural equation analysis model of "behavior-efficiency" has been established with the background attributes of passengers themselves and travel characteristics and the first-order latent variables of transfer service quality,transfer efficiency and transfer satisfaction.The relationship between latent variables and observed variables has been obtained.Then,the evaluation indexes of transfer efficiency with higher importance have been screened and weighted by the conclusion of behaviourefficiency SEM model analysis;the evaluation index system of transfer efficiency has been divided into input,output and environment variables,and the calculation methods of various variables have been given respectively;the three-stage conversion composed of traditional DEA model,SFA random frontier analysis and adjusted DEA model has been determined.Finally,the Shapingba High-speed Railway Station in Chongqing has been used as an example to test the three-stage DEA transfer efficiency evaluation model,the results have shown that the third stage efficiency value is more real and accurate,and the departure transfer efficiency of Shapingba station has been divided into "Double High","High and Low","Low and High","Double Low" according to the score situation.By referring to the transfer efficiency distribution characteristics of different modes of transportation,the transfer facility optimization and organization management improvement suggestions for the Shapingba high-speed railway station have been proposed.The high-speed railway station has been taken as the research object in this paper,from the perspective of combining the transfer behavior reflecting the subjective demand of passengers with the transfer efficiency of the objective supply of the station,structural equation model,data envelopment analysis,stochastic frontier analysis and other theories have been applied to the passenger departure transfer behavior analysis and efficiency evaluation research of high-speed railway station.To some extent,the research results of this paper supplement the basic theories in the field of traffic behavior and passenger transfer organization and management in high-speed railway stations.
