With the high-speed rail(HSR)networks develop in-depth,the demand of passengers' travel experience quality for HSR is increasing.The connection between HSR stations and urban transportation has become the focus of national and social attention,and station managers are also constantly exploring and pursuing a seamless operation and management mode.Due to the different characteristics of different urban transportation systems,there may be significant differences in the connection level with HSR stations,and the design and geographical location of different HSR stations are common and different,and their differences will affect the connection efficiency.Based on this,in order to provide more user-friendly services,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and path coefficients of the service level of HSR stations and urban transport connection from the perspective of passenger satisfaction,and discuss the heterogeneity of different types of HSR stations and urban traffic connection service level.Firstly,this paper combs the existing research from three perspectives of connection between HSR station and a single urban transportation or a variety of urban transportation,or different types of HSR stations and a variety of urban transportation.The 24 HSR stations on Beijing-Shanghai HSR line are classified from three angles of scale,square type in front of the station,and distance from the city center.The types of urban traffic and the scope of connection in this study are defined.Secondly,we conducted on-the-spot investigations on the 24 HSR stations on Beijing-Shanghai HSR line and urban transportation connection system,and combined with the existing research results,comprehensively and systematically sorted out the influencing factors of four connection service levels between HSR stations and subway,bus,taxi,and online car,forming a five-dimensional evaluation index system of convenience,safety,economy,speed and comfort.Finally,the questionnaires are collected from 24 HSR stations across the line.The structural equation model is used to empirically analyze the impact path coefficients and differences of four types of connection service levels,the heterogeneity of the different types of HSR stations and four types of urban transportation connection service levels,and the common problems and common laws.Through empirical analysis of the model,conclusions are drawn,and the key points for optimization and improvement of different types of HSR stations and urban transportation in terms of convenience,safety,economy,speed and comfort are summa-rized.Finally,combined with field investigations,specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the problems,and typical HSR stations with problems are identified.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Overall,the five-dimensional attributes have positive effects on the service level of different connection methods and have significant differences.Among them,comfort has the greatest impact on subway and bus connections,safety has the greatest impact on taxi connections,and quickness has the greatest impact on online car connections.The comfort of subway connection,the comfort and convenience of bus connection,the comfort and economy of taxi connection,and the speed and economy of online car connection need to be further strengthened.(2)Different types of HSR stations and urban traffic connection service levels have significant heterogeneity.(a)The medium-sized station and the urban transportation connection system can well meet passengers' needs.The extra-large station needs more attention in terms of efficiency and speed,and the large-scale station needs to be improved in terms of convenience and safety.(b)The service level of the connection between HSR station in the offline layout of the station square to subway,and the connection of HSR rail station on the line side of the station square without height difference to bus,taxi,and online car need to be improved.Priority can be given to the design of line-side HSR station with height difference and offline vacant station square type.(c)The farther the HSR station is from the city center,the greater advantage of the subway connection and the higher the service level,while bus,taxi,and online-car have advantages in the vicinity of the city center.
