Taking the Fokai expressway as an example,research on foam asphalt recycling technology with foamed asphalt cold recycling technology in the expansion project,through the rational use of milling the old material,the foam asphalt mixture cold regeneration mixing selection,mixture design and pavement performance and construction technology research the raw materials,and demonstrated the feasibility and economy of foam asphalt cold recycling technology,resource recycling,energy saving and emission reduction.First of all,based on the analysis of foam asphalt foaming principle,forming mechanism,the bubble burst mechanism based on the theoretical study of foam asphalt foaming characteristics and influencing factors of asphalt foaming and foaming quality is now recognized as the evaluation index,and analyzes the complex foam asphalt mix cold recycling technology and the characteristics of cold recycled asphalt mixture base the advantages and disadvantages,compared the foam asphalt cold recycling complex(semi flexible)semi rigid base mixture and hot mix asphalt macadam flexible base and flexible base for cold recycled asphalt mixture difference,this paper introduces the technical standards in different countries at home and abroad of foam asphalt cold recycling mixture.Then,according to the cold recycled asphalt mixture mix design principle and index,put forward the aggregate of cold recycled asphalt mixture and gradation selection,mixing water determination,specimen preparation and health,by Marshall index method to determine optimum asphalt content of 0AC foam.Thirdly,the construction technology,construction steps and construction equipment of foamed bitumen mixture pavement are studied.Focus on the construction before the road cleaning,sealing construction,new and old pavement joint processing,asphalt mixing and paving,and post curing process were studied,summed up the cold recycled asphalt mixture base material,transportation,Paving,initial pressure,Pressure and final pressure,complex health,opening to traffic a set of construction technology from mixing.Finally,taking the LM-01 contract section of Foshan expressway expansion project as an example,the material performance and physical properties and mechanical properties of the foamed asphalt mixture are studied.By analyzing the factors that affect the performance of foamed asphalt mixture,the key control index,mixture ratio and raw material performance requirements,and construction quality control standard of the design method of foamed asphalt in situ cold recycling mixture are put forward.Based on the theoretical analysis and the monitoring data of the engineering site,the feasibility of the cold regeneration technology for foam asphalt is verified.The technical and economic benefits of the cold recycled mixture of foam asphalt are analyzed,and the superiority of the Cold Regenerated mixture of foamed bitumen is shown.
