As one of the most typical structural forms of urban traffic network,grid traffic network has a long history,and it is still the main structure of the road network in the central area of many cities(such as Xi 'an,Luoyang,etc.).Due to the particularity of grid traffic network's own structure,in-depth analysis of its nature and the impact of closed communities and intersections on the traffic characteristics of grid traffic network is helpful to study the methods to improve the service efficiency of the traffic network from the perspective of network structure,so as to help alleviate the increasingly serious urban traffic congestion.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance for urban road network planning and urban traffic flow optimization to analyze the characteristics of grid traffic network and study the methods to improve the service efficiency of the grid traffic network based on the characteristics.Firstly,the complex network theory is used to analyze and prove the properties of grid traffic network in this paper,and the application examples of these properties in the field of traffic engineering are given.Secondly,this paper analyzes the torsion mechanism of delay on equivalent detour on the grid network.Based on the equivalent detour characteristics of the grid network,this paper analyzes the influence of delay on the shortest path's time and quantity on the network,and proposes the user's selection strategies on the grid network after considering the delay.Taking the local grid traffic network of xi 'an high-tech zone as an example,the rationality of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the path selection strategies are illustrated.Finally,this paper analyzes the influence of enclosed plots for the grid network,based on grid network traffic convenience,from the perspective of the demolition of the square plot in the grid traffic network,this paper gives the definition of the degree of transportation convenience factors after dismantling the square plots,in order to measure the promotion efficiency of grid traffic network after dismantling the square plot.The transportation convenience factors include the degree of transportation convenience factor between the points and the degree of transportation convenience factor between the traffic network after dismantling the square plots.Thereby,this paper provides the algorithm of the degree of the transportation convenience,which based on the number of the shortest path on the grid network,and takes the traffic network around the Revolution Park in Xi'an as an example to illustrate the rationality of the theory and the effectiveness of the strategies.The research results of this paper have the theoretical guiding significance for the road network reconstruction,and have the theoretical guiding and practical significance for traffic flow optimization and control based on the road network structure.
