With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,it is necessary to ensure the safe operation of the EMU and improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the EMU.It affects the safety of railway transportation as well as the transportation benefit.This puts forward higher requirements for the maintenance work of the EMU.During the maintenance of the EMU,the repair class and the repair system plays a vital role.At present,the domestic repair class and repair system of EMU is based on the foreign prototype EMU.Over 10 years of practical experience,it is not enough to meet the needs of the operation and maintenance of the EMU.Push the repair class and repair system reform of EMU is imperative.The reform of the train repair system involves the safety of the equipment,therefore,it is necessary to use the data and maintenance practice according to the actual use of the motor vehicle group and make a lot of statistical determination.It's been approved for trial promotion and gradually improve in the later transportation production.Different types of EMU are structurally different,therefore,in order to optimize the repair class and the repair system of domestic EMU,research should be carried out on specific types of EMU.This paper introduces the basic situation of the repair class and the repair system of EMU in China and abroad,according to the reform project and working situation of the emu repair class and repair system I participated in,mainly studies the repair class and the repair system of CRH2 A and CRH380 A EMU maintenance work.Large amount of maintenance data are analyzed and the feasibility demonstration analysis is carry out.Finally,the feasible optimization scheme of repair class and repair system is determined.It can provide reference experience for promoting the repair class and repair system reform of domestic EMU.
