As a renewable and sustainable energy in nature,new energy is a kind of energy with great potential.It has the characteristics of inexhaustible and inexhaustible.It is not only widely distributed in resources,suitable for local development and utilization,but also does not cause any harm to the environment.In recent years,our country attaches great importance to new energy.The focus of the national new energy policy is to vigorously develop and accelerate the development and utilization of new energy for power generation.Due to the continuous development and utilization of new energy power generation in China,n ew energy power generation has increasingly become the main force of the new generation in the power generation industry,and has entered the stage of large-scale development,and the proportion of new energy power generation in the power grid has gradually increased.Inner Mongolia Company,as a new energy professional company,mainly focuses on wind power generation and actively promotes the development and utilization of other clean energy sources.With the growing of the company,we are actively exploring new ways of operation and management of new energy.At the beginning of the establishment of the company,the operation and maintenance of wind farms were managed separately by professionals,that is,the separation of operation and maintenance management.In order to make the electric field better adapt to the grid-connected requirements of power grid companies,improve the reliability and operation quality of the equipment,make the wind turbines reach the optimal grid-connected state and produce greater economic benefits,and also consider the internal control of the production cost of the company itself,as well as the growing trend of the scale of the electric field and the professional scope of operation,use scientific methods to strengthen the electric field operation and maintenance management.It seems more and more important.The implementation of integrated operation and maintenance management in electric field means that on the basis of respecting the objective law of safe production of new energy power generation,through integrated operation and maintenance management,operators can not only complete the equipment inspection,switching operation and accident handling of electric field operation,but also complete the routine inspection and maintenance of equipment and lines,so as to realize that each electric field producer can become a "one-skill and multi-ability" high level.Qualified and compound talents will ultimately maximize the efficiency of operation and maintenance of wind farms after fewer people are on duty.They will store solid and capable human resources for the company,and at the same time,realize the great goal that the electric field can independently complete operation and maintenance work.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the operation and maintenance of new energy power plants,combined with the outstanding characteristics of the domestic electric field management model,this paper elaborates the original operation and maintenance management status in detail,describes the impact of electric field operation,maintenance and separation management and operation and maintenance integration management on the company's production and management by comparative analysis method,and expounds the traditional electric field operation and management by using system analysis method.The problems existing in the mode of separation of operation and maintenance management are analyzed by using operation management knowledge.The implementation measures of integrated operation and maintenance management are determined from three aspects of staffing,system reform and spare parts reserve through risk management method.Finally,from the functions of production operation control center,system functions and technical points of the new energy wind farm production and operation centralized control center,the construction plan of the new energy wind farm production and operation centralized control center is expounded,and the new energy wind farm operation and maintenance integration is combined with the centralized control production operation which making the management of new energy wind farms more comprehensive.
