General aviation is one of the important components of our civil aviation.It mainly refers to small civil aircraft.With the gradual opening up of China's low-altitude airspace,general aviation has also ushered in greater opportunities.Currently,commercial aircraft and military aircraft usually use a flight simulator to perform ground training for flight students.The flight simulator can simulate the real-time flight environment and flight state of the aircraft under various flight conditions,and is a highly efficient flight training method.However,commercial and military flight simulators are complex and expensive,and are not suitable for general aviation training and use.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop a high-efficiency and low-cost general aviation pilot training system.Based on the analysis and research of different flight simulator functions and principles,this paper designs a flight attitude data acquisition system for general aviation flight simulator based on STM32 series microprocessor.The hardware schematic and PCB board design were completed using Altium Designer.The software and hardware circuits were comprehensively tested using Keil5 to provide data support for the construction of the general aviation simulator.The kinematics analysis of the general aviation simulator was carried out using the six-degree-of-freedom Stewart platform.The relationship between displacement,acceleration and angular velocity of the six-degree-of-freedom motion platform was studied by using the principle of space mechanism.The kinematics analysis of the platform was completed and determined.The solution relationship of the position reversal of the platform;the mathematical model of the washout algorithm model and the platform is established.The high-pass filter in the classic washout filter algorithm is often used in the complex external operating environment of the flight simulation motion platform.The problem of excessively high phenomenon has improved the classical washout algorithm and added frequency limitation.Considering that the flight simulator is limited by its own range of motion,platform displacement limiting is added at the end of the algorithm.Finally,the pre-improvement and post-improvement washout algorithms are verified by Simulink simulation,and the adjustment effect of the PID controller is verified.The simulation results show that the improved washout algorithm is in the range of platform movable range,rod error and platform motion stability.It is superior to the original washout algorithm and can control the six-degree-of-freedom Stewart platform.This subject has certain reference value for the development and development of low-cost general aviation flight simulation training system.
