Study On Construction Management Of "Four Power" Integrated Projects In DH Railway

Railway Engineering projects,as the focus of transportation system development,have also become one of the core components in the field of infrastructure in China.Railway four-power system integration refers to the coupling of communication,signal,power and electrification subsystems,which covers system construction,interface management,construction management,environmental management and control.Although the level of railway construction technology and project management in our country has been improved in an all-round way,the research and application of the construction management of the four-power integration project are still in a bottleneck stage.This paper takes the construction management of DH railway four-electricity integration project as the research object,and uses the research methods such as literature data method,field research method,case analysis method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,firstly,the concept of railway four-electric system integration and project management theory.Analysis and definition,and then combined with the author’s own experience in the construction of DH railway four electric integration project,the project team and construction unit were comprehensively analyzed and elaborated.Subsequently,the paper has carried out in-depth discussion and analysis from the aspects of construction safety,construction quality,construction progress,construction information and coordination management.In the analysis of the construction characteristics and actual influencing factors of the four electric integration projects,the existing construction management problems are summarized.In addition,based on the current situation of construction management of DH railway four-electricity integration project,this paper further applies the project quality and safety management method,PERT network review technology and project coordination management theory,the countermeasures for optimizing the construction management of the four-electricity integrated project were put forward,and the optimized plan was compared with the original plan,and the progress,quality safety and efficiency were improved.
