With the popularization of high-speed rail construction throughout the country,the standardized management and control of the quality of high-speed rail projects is urgently needed.The quality of the project is the basic guarantee for the development of the national high-speed railway and involves the fundamental interests of the people.Among them,construction quality is the focus of the standardized management and control,affecting whether the entire high-speed rail project meets the acceptance criteria.The purpose of this paper is to realize the informationized management and control of high-speed railway construction quality,analyze the influencing factors of construction quality,study the process of process quality control and the setting standards of quality control points,and construct a informationized system of construction quality control through system analysis and design,so as to complete the whole process of management and control from project construction to acceptance.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Analysis of construction quality control requirements.The concept of inspection lot project is constructed based on field records,centered on inspection batch data and assisted by field multimedia data,the construction and acceptance process of inspection batch project is reproduced comprehensively,and further expanding to other related functions.The whole quality control is analyzed according to “pre-existing management and control”,“in-process management and control” and “post-event management and control”.The "pre-existing management and control" includes the analysis of the division of Engineering management,the classification of Engineering attributes and the construction of entity tree templates,as well as the analysis of template data management and other template management in inspection lot projects.The “in-process management and control” includes analysis of all construction data management,that is the management of inspection lot engineering data and other data.The “post-event management and control” is in charge of the analysis of the quality acceptance process,which includes the acceptance process of the quality acceptance record sheet of the inspection lot in the inspection lot project,the acceptance process of the on-site record sheet,and the acceptance process of the quality acceptance record sheet of the unit projects,departmental projects and item projects.And the user role management and permission assignment in system functions is analyzed.Design of construction quality control system.First,the overall architecture and technical architecture of the system are designed,and the business logic layer and data layer are designed.Then the design of each business functions is carried out,as well as the management design of template data,the record table of the inspection lot quality acceptance is managed by characteristics,the on-site record table is managed by file,and other tables are managed by structure.Next,the engineering data management is designed,as well as the quality acceptance process and acceptance process for all record tables.And the allocation of system permissions,assignment of menu permissions to roles,assignment of role data permissions to users are also carried out.Finally,the database tables used in each function are designed.The system is implemented and tested,and the implementation of this system is briefly introduced.It adopts the B/S architecture,utilizes the Spring Boot framework and integrates MyBatis technology and Activiti workflow engine.The function of the whole process from prefabrication of formwork to acceptance of construction quality has been realized,thus the whole process of construction has been managed and controlled.The system test is carried out separately from the function and performance of the system.The functional test is verified by writing test cases to verify whether the design is met.And the performance test is performed by JMeter setting up 1000 users to visit the website for stress test.The test results show that the design requirements are satisfied.
