With the deepening of information digitalization,information technology has become an indispensable part of the production and life of today's society.With the support of information technology,the production efficiency of manufacturing industry is constantly improving,while the production efficiency of engineering construction industry is stagnant.The reason is that the information system and tools to improve the efficiency of manufacturing industry have not been widely used in the field of engineering construction.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is applied to construction projects.It provides basic information for decision-making in the process of construction by digitizing and informationizing the project.BIM covers the whole life cycle of buildings from planning,design,construction to operation and peacekeeping management.BIM is a technology applied in the field of engineering construction,which takes the building model as the carrier,improves the communication and cooperation mode of engineering construction and improves the production efficiency by integrating the information data in the whole life cycle of the project.Simply speaking,it is an informationization way for engineering construction.Metro project belongs to underground concealed project.Its construction costs a lot,takes a long time,requires high quality and safety standards,and needs communication and coordination in many aspects.BIM technology has the advantages of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization and drawing.It can solve the cognitive errors in the process of subway construction,ensure the cooperation among different specialties,improve the quality of construction and reduce the comprehensive cost of construction.In this paper,the open-cut subway station project as the research object,through BIM technology,the construction schedule management of open-cut subway station is studied as follows:(1)Based on the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)method,this paper establishes the corresponding relationship between WBS of open-cut subway station and the construction schedule model of the station.(2)Through analysis,it is concluded that the models related to subway station construction are mainly divided into earthwork model,support model and main structure model.According to WBS,the model is divided and construction planning time is added to realize the simulation of construction progress of open-cut subway station.(3)Through the secondary development of Revit API,a plug-in for rapid and accurate partition of wall,slab,beam and other models is created,so as to facilitate the establishment of construction progress model.(4)A method based on BIM model to predict schedule is proposed.After setting up the daily workload,according to the volume of the model components corresponding to the construction amount,the construction time of each construction stage can be estimated,and the construction time of each construction stage can be estimated by assisting the project managers,so as to facilitate the formulation of the construction schedule.
