In recent years,all regions in China are facing floods caused by heavy rains.With the rapid development of China's economy,cities have expanded rapidly,and urban impervious areas have increased significantly,accelerating the runoff of rainwater and floods,leading to serious urban floods..However,the phenomenon of flood control planning lags behind most cities in China,and it cannot meet the requirements of frequent floods in urban floods,and the losses caused by them are becoming more and more serious.Based on this,the country began to advocate the "sponge city" concept,with low-impact development technology as a support to reduce peak flow and effectively alleviate rainwater runoff.Due to the varying degrees of rainfall in recent years in Jilin City,it is also facing the phenomenon of urban floods and floods around the city.Firstly,based on the low-impact development technology,the paper proposes the construction of the road system based on the low-impact development of sponge city based on the current situation at home and abroad,as well as the unique landforms of Jilin City,and studies the low-impact development technologies and facilities to target Jilin City.The status quo of the city,how to choose the technology and facilities corresponding to low-impact development to alleviate the problem of rainwater discharge in the urban and surrounding areas of Jilin City,and improve the ecological environment of the road system in Jilin City.Secondly,according to the geological,hydrological,urban road network planning and other special plans of Jilin City,with the principle of technology and facilities under low impact development,there is a sponge cityconstruction system in Jilin,in which the system framework of road design According to the concept of low-impact development,the design points and design ideas of the sponge city road under the low-impact development of Jilin City are proposed.Finally,taking the road project of Taoxi Street(Lianshan Road-Taoshan Road)in the Ha da wan area of Jilin City as an example,the water permeability coefficient test of traditional urban roads and sponge city roads is compared according to national standards,and the water permeability coefficient of sponge city roads is far.Higher than the traditional city road seepage coefficient,according to the principle and key points of the sponge city,the low-impact development technology and facilities are used to optimize the urban road and urban road red line external space,for example,for buildings and roads,squares and roads,cities The selection of low-impact development technologies in various aspects such as water system and roads,and the design of standard cross-section and greening layout in the design of sponge city roads in Jilin City.Through this series of studies,rainwater runoff is superior to traditional urban roads in the treatment of sponge urban roads and the reduction of peak flow,which is more beneficial to improving the urban road ecological environment and hydrological environment,and thus enhances the overall urban hydrological ecology.
