With the rapid development of logistics industry and information technology in China,the application of heavy-duty commercial trucks in China has become more and more extensive.At the same time,the side effect of traffic safety caused by its extensive application has become increasingly significant.It is well known that the blind area problem of heavy trucks due to their huge size poses a potential threat to the safety of drivers and other vehicles.In addition to the urgent need for the standardization of road traffic laws and the improvement of pedestrian quality,there is also a corresponding need for research and innovative design on the optimization of the shape of truck blind area.Based on the above considerations and analysis of the phenomenon,in order to effectively enhance the pilot field of vision,and have a blind spot a hazard preventive warning effect through the interior modeling and interaction design,A method is proposed in this paper based on the blind spot experiments for optimizing the design of heavy commercial truck cab interior research,in combination with real vehicle blind area analysis,sample digital model blind area measurement analysis,reduce blind driving blind of assistant human-computer interaction design,interior design and evaluation on the basis of using the theory of perceptual engineering,ergonomics and other research methods for further research.The study is divided into five parts:(1)Heavy commercial truck samples of interior design research,the selection of heavy card samples in interaction design,interior design,interior driving auxiliary function technology application of comparative study,through the driver's field of vision research at home and abroad and the present situation of heavy card interior design is summarized the design trend of heavy truck.(2)The heavy truck blind area measurement experiment and result analysis,selection of truck sample respectively on the real vehicle and digital model of static fixed blind area measurement experiment,the driver for mobile pedestrian absolutely blind area measurement,and complete the real vehicle static blind experimental data samples,sample model static blind area experimental data,for mobile pedestrian heavy truck is absolutely blind area measurement data statistics and analysis of data.The conclusion can be used as a theoretical reference for optimizing interactive design and interior decoration design in blind area.(3)Differentiation analysis of heavy truck blind area and interior interaction design: the research methods such as real vehicle dynamic observation experiment,construction of product use situation and user interview method are used to design the working conditions of the differentiation blind area for heavy commercial trucks.And the interior interaction design in the interactive function efficient layout area,HMI interactive device,HMI operation interface,and the operating process under the driver's working condition.The above design reduces the blind area of drivers and improves the comprehensive driving experience of users through the form of warning for potential threats in the blind area.(4)Design of heavy truck interior decoration for blind area optimization: the blind area optimization design of heavy truck interior decoration was carried out on the basis of preliminary sample investigation and analysis,objective measurement experiment and human-computer interaction design.Starting from the design of the line under the window,the layout design of interior decoration,the scheme design of interior decoration modeling and computer-aided design,the integration of man-machine,experience,function realization and modeling aesthetics of the whole vehicle can be realized.(5)Evaluation of interior design scheme of heavy truck after optimization: this evaluation includes two parts: objective evaluation of static blind area of interior design scheme after optimization and comprehensive evaluation of interior design scheme by drivers.In the objective evaluation part,static blind area measurement experiment and data statistics were conducted through the optimized experimental evaluation model,and the optimization degree was compared and analyzed with the preliminary sample experiment results.The driver comprehensive evaluation part of interior design scheme consists of cockpit control and interaction design interface layout position satisfaction and recognition of driver blind area auxiliary interaction design.The subjective evaluation of users on blind area optimization of scheme modeling and interaction design by using the research form of perceptual engineering combining expert evaluation method and questionnaire method can provide some references for the scheme in terms of the functional realization degree,the perceptual connection degree between design decision and user recognition degree.
