Combining with a commercial vehicle braking,this paper simulates and optimizes the dynamic characteristics of the pneumatic braking system based on AMESI-MATLAB co-simulation platform to satisfy the actual needs of market users.Firstly,the structure and working principle of commercial vehicle braking system are analyzed and studied,and the basic theory of pneumatic modeling is discussed.On the basis of the above theory,the structure and working principle of the brake valve,relay valve,ABS solenoid valve and brake chamber in the braking system are introduced in detail,and their mathematical models are established.Based on the mathematical models of the main components of the brake system,the AMESim model is built,and the selection of the sub-models and the setting of the parameters are introduced.The static characteristic,normal working state and single circuit failure state of the brake valve are simulated and compared respectively;the static and dynamic characteristics of the relay valve are simulated and compared respectively;the dynamic characteristics of the ABS solenoid valve are simulated and compared under different pressure sources,including the boosting process,the decompression process,the step boosting process and the step decompression process.The response characteristics of brake chamber and the stroke of air chamber push rod are simulated.On the basis of the above work,the AMESim model of the pneumatic braking system is built,and the simulation result is verified by experiments.At the same time,the influencing factors of the dynamic characteristics of the pneumatic braking system are studied.Finally,the AMESim-MATLAB co-simulition platform is established,and the software are the two objectives of the pneumatic brake system performance and cost are optimized based on the multi object particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)algorithm.The optimization results are analyzed and the optimization scheme for the dynamic characteristics of the system is proposed.Through the analysis of the structure and principle of the air brake system and its main components of commercial vehicles,this paper establishes the air brake system model by AMESim software,and optimized the model parameters of the air brake system Based on particle swarm optimization algorithm with joint AMESim-MATLAB co-simulaiton,so as to obtain the optimal value of comprehensive performance and cost,and to optimize the scheme for the development of new products and the production of existing models.This research will provide technical support,shorten the design time and save the development cost for the design of commercial vehicle air brake system,which is of great significance in engineering practice.
