The solutions and proposals for building energy conservation urges to be expedited into practice while national strategy for energy conservation and emission reduction in implementation.According to the statistic,the energy consumption for central air condition system has contributed more than 60% of total building energy consumption,and the existing air-conditioning system should be developed in terms of more energy-saving purpose,the energy shortage problem is the common challenge encountered by all over the world.There are a lot of researches made on how to utilize the existing energy as well as develop new resources,with considering the current energy resources and situation.Combined with the energy situation,this paper studies and analyzes the energy consumption of the conventional central air-conditioning system in the student dormitory,designs a new type of multi-source heat pump unit,effectively uses of composite energy and energy storage to reduce the energy consumption of the central air-conditioning system,and studies the engineering application of the multi-source HVAC(Heating,Ventilating and Air-Conditioning)control system,and puts forward a solution to reduce energy consumption.In view of that performance requirement of multi-source HVAC system in engineering practice and application,a new concept of "multi-source" was put forward,and the feasibility of new multi-source heat pump unit was analyzed,and a multi-source HVAC control system was designed to apply research on soft hardware of multi-source hvac control system.Taking the student dormitory as an example,the multi-source heat pump unit was designed and processed,and the flow of refrigerant in different heat exchangers was controlled by electronic expansion valve.At the same time,the design and construction of the air conditioning system of the student dormitory were carried out,and the construction and operation of the air conditioning system with the multi-source heat pump unit as the cold and hot source equipment,the solar water tank,the air conditioning water tank and the student bath water tank as the energy storage equipment were completed.Both hardware and software were designed based on the overall functions and requipment for the multi-source HVAC control system,the controller adopted STM32F103VET6 microprocessor as the core processor,and the data collected by the terminal node was displayed on the computer,and a good human-computer interaction interface was designed.At the same time,Altium Designer software was used to complete the construction of hardware circuits and the design and production of PCB board.However,the interaction between PC and main control board and multiple units was mainly realized by RS485.This paper has made some exploration on the innovation research and application of heat exchanger,compressor and electronic expansion valve of multi-source heat pump unit and has also carried out some exploration in the energy-saving aspects of various low energy compound applications of HVAC,besides,some breakthroughs in multi-source HVAC control technology and engineering application has also been demonstrated.The application and implementation of multi-source HVAC control technology show that the scheme is feasible,can achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction,and the control commands issued by users on PC can be correctly executed at the nodes.At the same time,the system has the characteristics of reliable operation,simple structure,accurate measurement,high sensitivity,low cost,intuitive man-machine interface,convenient use and so on,which lays a certain foundation for the promotion of multi-source HVAC control technology in the future.
