Research On The Competitiveness Of Construction Enterprises From The Perspective Of Technological Innovation

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China’s economy has developed rapidly.As one of the six major material production sectors of the national economy,the construction industry has also experienced a rapid growth process and made great contributions to China’s economic and social development.In April 2013,the concept of industry 4.0 was officially put forward by Germany at the hannover industry expo,marking the arrival of the intelligent era.As the pillar of China’s national economy,the construction industry should follow the pace of The Times,use information technology to promote industrial transformation,and improve the international competitiveness of China’s construction industry.However,compared with developed countries,the technical innovation ability of China’s construction industry is generally low.Enterprises are the main body of technological innovation.How to improve the overall strength of China’s construction enterprises through improving their own technological innovation ability is the key problem we are facing now.Based on previous studies,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,sorts out relevant knowledge of technical innovation and enterprise competitiveness of construction enterprises,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following part.Then,according to the construction principles of the evaluation index system,according to the characteristics of China’s construction enterprises,the construction enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system composed of 26 indicators in three floors is constructed from the perspective of technological innovation.In empirical research part,this article selects the 12 listed construction companies as the sample,as the research period in 5 years time,through the sina(http://www.sina.cn),corporate annual reports,and other official website to collect data,establish a comprehensive evaluation model of construction enterprise competitiveness,with the aid of SPSS software,using the factor analysis method to analysis of the system data,and through the clustering analysis method,the result of the analysis of the effectiveness of inspection;Finally,according to the research results,find out the key factors affecting the enterprise technology innovation,and then put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the technology innovation ability of China’s construction enterprises.
