Research On Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Ability Of Construction Enterprises

In the context of the development of the new era,technological innovation plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.China has put innovation in the core position of the overall development of the country,and innovation ability will directly determine whether an enterprise can achieve sustainable development.As the pillar industry of China’s national economy,the construction industry has a certain gap in technological innovation ability with other industries.It is difficult to quantify the technological innovation ability of construction enterprises,and a lot of human,material and financial resources need to be invested in the process of improving the technological innovation ability,which leads to the lack of power for construction enterprises to carry out technological innovation.In order to further enhance the technological innovation ability of construction enterprises,this paper takes the technological innovation ability of construction enterprises as the research object,makes a quantitative evaluation of its technological innovation ability,and completes the following four research works::(1)Analysis and literature review of the current situation of technological innovation in construction industry.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the construction industry,and analyzes the development and importance of technological innovation,technological innovation ability,technological innovation ability and related theories and evaluation methods of technological innovation at home and abroad,and summarizes the shortcomings of the current research.(2)The evaluation index system of technological innovation ability of construction enterprises is established.Based on the literature and the evaluation standard of national and provincial enterprise technology center,the initial evaluation index system is established;Delphi method is used to conduct two expert questionnaires,and the correlation,discrimination,reliability and efficiency of the questionnaire data are analyzed.After that,the final evaluation index system is obtained.(3)The evaluation model of technological innovation ability of construction enterprises is built.The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the judgment matrix of index system,and the weight coefficient of index is determined by calculation;The paper analyzes the relevance of the indexes by using the grey correlation degree method,guarantees the relevance of the indexes,and finally constructs the evaluation model of the technical innovation ability of the construction enterprises.(4)Empirical analysis.Using the evaluation model,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the technological innovation ability of a construction enterprise in recent two years,and studies the technological innovation ability of the enterprise and the actual application effect of the evaluation model;Combined with the results of the model,the paper puts forward some suggestions for enterprise technological innovation.
