Due to the rapid development of the construction industry around the world,the scale of the construction market has increased dramatically,leading to increasingly serious environmental conditions,the sustainable development of the construction industry is severely limited,and the greenhouse effect caused by carbon dioxide emissions is particularly acute.Architecture,industry and transportation are the three recognized carbon sources in the world.In order to let the concept of green building penetrate the construction industry to make it healthy and sustainable,reduce the impact on the environment,and study the carbon emissions of the entire life cycle of the building.Very important.Therefore,in the future construction industry,an important indicator of whether a building plan is up to standard is whether its carbon emissions at all stages of the life cycle meet industry requirements,and carbon emission control may become the fourth largest in terms of cost,duration and quality.control.The combination of BIM technology and the whole life cycle of the building can effectively identify the carbon emissions at various stages of the construction project,and finally propose targeted emission reduction measures.This paper first elaborates the relevant development of the whole life cycle theory in recent years and his definition,and then builds the BIM model with detailed data information,obtains the energy consumption and carbon emission inventory at each stage,and adopts the personality advantage identification method to Identify the different characteristics of carbon emissions under different green technologies in all phases of the life cycle of green building projects,in order to evaluate the effect of green technology to reduce carbon emissions in construction projects,and finally use the benchmark management method to establish industry benchmarks.Take the project of obtaining the green building star logo in Hunan Province as an example,establish a model and calculate.
