| The development of the automobile industry is of vital importance to China’s manufacturing industry.It will drive the development of upstream and downstream industries and is of great significance to China’s economic growth.Although China’s automobile industry started late,after more than 60 years of development,it has basically formed a relatively complete production and sales system.Especially after joining the World Trade Organization,China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly,the scale of production and sales has expanded rapidly,and the scale of export of automobile products is also growing.In 2018,the production and sales volume of China’s auto products reached 27,900,200 and 28,080,600 respectively.Since the 21 st century,the export of China’s vehicle products has shown a rapid development trend.In 2001,the export volume was 24,800,and in 2018,the export volume reached1,407,700,an increase of about 42 times.After 2013,due to the downturn in the international market economy and frequent technical and trade barriers,the export growth rate of China’s vehicle products has gradually slowed down.In this context,this paper analyzes the export competitiveness of China’s vehicle products,studies the influencing factors of export competitiveness and summarizes the main problems faced by the export of vehicle products at this stage,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the products of China’s finished vehicles’ export competitiveness is of great significance.The writing ideas of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the literature related to export competitiveness is reviewed and reviewed,then the related concepts are explained,the concept of export competitiveness is briefly introduced,and the concept of vehicle products to be studied in this paper is defined.Then,the theory related to export competitiveness is elaborated,and three indicators for evaluating export competitiveness are selected to compare and analyze the export competitiveness of vehicle products.Secondly,this paper summarizes the status quo of China’s vehicle export trade and the export characteristics of China’s vehicle products.Through data analysis,it is found that the export volume of China’s vehicle products has declined.At present,the export scale of vehicle products is small,and the target market for exports.Focusing on developing countries,the export of complete vehicle products of domestic independent brand automobile enterprises accounts for a relatively large proportion.Thirdly,this paper selects three indicators to evaluate the export competitiveness of vehicle products,and compares the data withsix countries such as Germany,Mexico and the United Kingdom to evaluate the export competitiveness of vehicle products.The research results show that compared with the other six countries,the export competitiveness of China’s complete vehicle products is weak,which is an important reason for the weak export competitiveness of China’s auto products.Then,using Porter "diamond model" to analyze the factors affecting the export competitiveness of vehicle products,and summed up the following problems in the export of China’s vehicle products: the overall quality of the whole vehicle products is not high,the brand awareness is low;the proportion of R&D investment Low,lack of core technology;exports face frequent trade and technical barriers,export costs increase;management and after-sales service systems are not perfect.In response to these problems,the government should guide enterprises to share resources,strengthen unity and cooperation among enterprises,and establish a sound early warning mechanism for technical trade barriers;enterprises should improve product quality and enhance brand awareness;increase investment in research and development,cultivate technical talents,and enhance independent innovation.Ability;increase cooperation with related support companies and attach importance to the automotive aftermarket,improve management and after-sales service system. |
