| The construction of China’s legal system has been gradually improved in recent years,the market-oriented reform of the building design industry has been continuously promoted,the risks that architectural design institutes have to take are also increasing,structural design profession is responsible for the safety of the building is the first.Risk management and control capabilities need to be further enhanced.The construction of railway stations,namely railway stations,as a comprehensive transportation hub,brings population and industrial agglomeration to large and medium-sized cities along with the increasing urbanization,thus bringing about the development of cities and cities.The structural design of the station building of the railway station is a key link that determines whether the construction plan can be implemented and the cost and other costs can be afforded.It is indispensable in the project of the station building of the railway station.For large-scale railway station buildings,the structural design is extremely complex,involving various departments,and there are many uncertain factors.Design quality management is extremely important.This paper adopts the method of project management special research to study the design quality management of domestic and foreign engineering projects,combining quality management theory and my work practice in large-scale railway station building projects,and analyzes the design quality of the large-scale railway station building project structure design stage The influencing factors are identified,and the specific quality influencing factors list in the design stage of the large-scale railway station building structure is listed;the factors in the list are analyzed by factor analysis to find common factors and extract and reconstruct a new quality influencing factor list.Afterwards,the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish a response system to the factors affecting the design quality of the large-scale railway station building structure.The list of quality influencing factors,quality evaluation indicators,comprehensive evaluation model of quality influencing factors and response system of quality influencing factors constitute a quality management model for the structural design of large-scale railway station building projects.Finally,the “Newly-built A City to H City to HC City Connection Line H City X Station Station Building and Related Engineering Projects(hereinafter referred to as the H City X Stsation Station Building Project)jointly designed by Z Architectural Design Institute and China Railway Y Institute is used for application analysis. |
