The Diagnosis Of Project Management About L Company X Heating Reconstruction Project

With the constant improvement and development of China's socialist market economic system,the importance of environmental protection is increasingly ascension with the development of national and global concern.Energy conservation and environmental protection enterprise in China has made great development,The professionalism of the enterprise and the research depth have increased,the project management has also been carried out.But at the same time,Many contradictions and problems have exposed during the development of the enterprise project management in the emerging businese area.In this paper we set the diagnostic object as the X heating renovation project in L company(hereinafter referred to as "project"),the research has been made from five important aspects in the project management including the project organization structure,project risk management,project cost management,project quality management and project human resource management.Paper aims at finding the project main problems,putting forward to adapt to the current situation of project management ideas and methods.There are important significance in promoting heating renovation project management business,teasing project construction and operation mode and enhancing comprehensive strength by copying the project management mode.The research results have reference significance in project management similar to the company as well.Paper has carried on the corresponding mining and improvement suggestions have been put forward towards the problems in the various sectors of the project management in X project.L company should adjust the project organization structure type,use the matrix organization structure in project managemt with more responsibilities for project manager,and set the new organization structure work target guided by the project;meanwhile,L company should build the project risk management planning,strengthen the propaganda and supervision and management in project risk management in the whole company level,take effort to elaborate the timeliness in the risk identification and risk response;in addition,strengthening the concept of enterprise project quality management,improving supervision,optimizing the regulatory process,organic combining the quality management and performance appraisal;farther developing the enterprise cost management and its management of human resources management,promoting the level of enterprise project management from the deep level,the degree of refinement,and many other aspects,using first-class enterprise advanced management methods,and strive to further enhance the project human resource management of the enterprise level and project cost management skills.
