With China entering WTO and the fast development of science and technology, thecorporations in china have to face many chances and challenges. The limitation ofresources and environment becomes one of the most inportant problems which block thecontinuous development. Therefore, it becomes more and more important to saving ourresources and protecting our environment.Taking the integrated treatment in the water used in production in Jiang Xi NewReyphon Biochemical Co. Ltd as a project, this paper analyses the bottlenecks in thedevelopment of the company and the application of water processing in indestry.Takeinguse of the theory and specigication of project managemant. We esfabhished the feam ofproject and made a rational project plan. The project plan includes cleaning out thepollution, draining to more distributaries, calling back concentratively, reusing anddraining after achieving the standard. When the project was carried out, the arrangement,progress and quality of the project are especially controlled. The progress planning wascarried out and the main way was analyzed after the project was distributed. At the sametime, the optimization of the work time limit was put into practice.The project was carried out 18 days before the date of the plan. It's approvedeffectiveness. The restrain from the water is alleviative and the level of zymolysis has beentruly improved. The wastewater was drained after it got the first discharge standard of thegovernment. The project obtains benefits of society and economics. The objectives ofpurpose of water, electricity and coal saving are achieved. The rate of reusing waterincreased from 62.37%to 85.5%.
