Study On Construction Schedule Management Of Chengdu WX Environmental Protection Power Plant Project

Energy not only provides motivation for the production and service of all walks of life,but also brings environmental pollution to people's lives.Today,new green power plants use domestic waste to generate electricity,it not only avoids the pollution that the coal-fired power generation brings to the environment,but also makes full use of the garbage produced by the urban and rural residents every day,making the waste use and preventing the pollution of the garbage to the environment.Therefore,garbage power plants have been widely welcomed,and governments have invested in the construction of a number of garbage power plants.Taking into account the financial constraints of local governments,the power plants invested by the government need to accelerate the schedule of construction so as to bring benefits into play as soon as possible so as to meet the needs of production.The construction practice of our country is analyzed,many construction enterprises rely on the traditional management methods,mainly based on the "man's rule" by the boss,and the efficiency of the construction of some enterprises is low,can not use scientific project schedule management methods,and delays in schedule seriously restrict investment and early action.This shows the importance of strengthening the research on the schedule of construction projects and optimizing the schedule management.The content of this study is to use the scientific project schedule management theory,to analyze the project construction schedule of Chengdu WX environmental protection power plant in detail,analyze the program and method of project schedule management,and put forward specific schedule management measures to realize the goal of scientific and effective management of project schedule.This study takes the project of Chengdu WX environmental protection power plant as an example.Through the in-depth study of project schedule management,we can not only understand the way and method of construction schedule management,improve the construction management level of the construction enterprises in our country,promote the improvement of the competitiveness of the enterprises,but also ensure that the investment of the Chengdu municipal government will produce the effect early benefit,to ensure the clean energy supply of the enterprise and promote the healthy development of the national economy and environmental protection,it is also a useful discussion on the theory of project management.It has made a useful attempt for the wider application of the project management theory in the energy supply industry in the future,and has accumulated good experience.In the study,literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis and example demonstration are adopted.Through the analysis of the status and problems of the project schedule management of the Chengdu WX environmental protection power plant,the origin of the schedule management problem is clarified,and the principles and methods to solve the project schedule management problem of the Chengdu WX environmental protection power plant are determined.On this basis,the concrete measures to solve the problem of schedule management are carefully formulated to prevent the delay of construction schedule,and the scientific and efficient management of the project construction schedule of the WX environmental protection power plant in Chengdu is ensured,so that the schedule of time objectives have been successfully achieved.The research shows that the project schedule management should not only adhere to the standardization,strictly follow the process management process,but also combine the actual situation,and further study the status of each project schedule management.Make full use of network map and other schedule management technology to grasp the problems in schedule management in time.Through in-depth analysis and search for reasons,correct measures are taken in a definite direction in order to ensure the control and effectiveness of schedule.
