With the rapid growth of worldwide aviation business,the airport APM is constantly planning and building.The high time sensitivity of airport passenger makes it more prominent for travel timeliness and reliability.During the operation of the airport APM,the disturbance events caused by various uncertain factors often cause train delays.At this time,it is necessary to formulate appropriate dispatching measures to promote the normal operation of the train,reduce the detention of passengers on the platform,and ensure the safety of passengers.At the same time,considering the diversity of transportation modes connected with the airport,in order to meet the competitive needs of the operating companies,it is urgent to study the optimization theory and method of airport APM train operation optimization considering passengers'choice behavior.This paper mainly carries out the following five tasks:(1)This paper briefly describes the current situation and development trend of airport APM,and expounds the reasons why the existing train rescheduling theory can not be applied to airport APM transportation,and summarizes the train rescheduling theories,vehicle bottom turnover theories and passenger selection behavior theories.The research status of the problem clarifies the significance of the airport APM train rescheduling considering passengers'choice behavior.(2)This paper analyzes the train rescheduling of airport APM considering passengers' choice behavior,which includes the characteristics of the airport APM transportation organization,the characteristics of the airport APM passengers and the factors affecting the passenger selection behavior,the reasons and classification of the airport APM train delay,and the basic measures often taken by the airport APM train operation adjustment.(3)This paper constructs an airport APM train rescheduling model considering passengers' choice behavior.Based on the cumulative flow theory,we describe the occupancy of train resources,and we establish the response function of passengers to waiting time to describe the passengers'choice of traffic mode,introduce the carriage state to establish a three-dimensional space-time-state network.And on this basis,we construct an airport APM train rescheduling model aiming at maximizing the total transport revenue of the airport APM.(4)This paper designs a Lagrangian relaxation algorithm solution framework.Based on the timeliness of the train rescheduling problem and the characteristics of the model,the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm is selected to solve the problem.Including the construction of the Lagrangian dual problem,the design of the dynamic programming algorithm to solve the dual problem,the subgradient method to update the Lagrangian multiplier,the design of the Lagrangian relaxation heuristic method four core steps;Finally,the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm solution framework is given,and the large-scale problem is solved under the solution framework.(5)This paper carries out verification of the model and algorithm.The correctness of the model is tested based on a small virtual APM line.Then,based on the APM line of Beijing Capital Airport,the model is validated and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are analyzed.The results show that the train operation adjustment model proposed in this paper can meet the passenger demand and quickly evacuate the stranded passengers according to passenger demand.At the same time,the results show that the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm adopted in this paper can still show good solution quality and solution efficiency in large-scale cases.Based on the simulation model of Anylogic,the validity of APM train rescheduling in airport is verified visually,and it also provides a means for the detection of congestion in the station.
