Research On Rural Planning Strategy Of Urban Fringe Based On Symbiosis Theory

Implementation of urban and rural development as a whole to promote the rational flow of all kinds of resources between urban and rural areas and optimize configuration,strengthen the city to the country's leading role and the country on a city's feedback,to narrow the differences between town and country,realize the balan ced urban and rural areas,sustained,coordinated development,is of great significance,is also the important content of implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country.With the acceleration of the overall development of urban and rural areas,the shortcomings of the traditional rural planning and construction model are increasingly apparent.It is urgent to further adjust and optimize it in accordance with the requirements of the new era to meet the needs of urban and rural economic,social and ecological environment construction.For the rural areas in the urban fringe area,due to its unique geographical location characteristics,it has become the bridge and link between the city and the countryside,so it is more urgent to adjust and opti mize the planning and construction mode.At present,the research on the rural plan ning and construction of the urban fringe area is based on a single point of view,which cannot fully match the needs of the rural transformation and development of the urban fringe area.Therefore,for the planning and construction of rural areas in urban fringe areas,it is necessary to enrich and innovate the existing research results in accordance with new development concepts and combined with existing the oretical and practical results,so as to further guide the transformation and develop ment of rural areas in urban fringe areas.On the basis of the "symbiosis theory",this paper firstly makes a comprehensi ve analysis of the elements of the symbiosis system,and then takes this as a starting point to systematically deconstruct the related elements of rural development in urban fringe areas,and clarifies the symbiosis and integration relationship between the development elements of rural and urban fringe areas.From symbiosis unit,symbiosis environment and symbiosis model according to the dimensions of the three elements,in the aspect of theory on urban fringe area rural development elements are classified reorganization,and transform the traditional agriculture dominated the discrete model,supporting industrial leading urban and rural areas to undertake,supporting services dominate the characteristics to promote three rural urban fringe area as the main research of this article type,tries to study the development strategy of urban fringe area countryside transformation certain theoretical basis.At the same time,through literature analysis,practical investigation,multi-disciplinary and multi-angle research,theory and practice combined with a variety of methods,the urban fringe of the rural status quo has been a holistic analysis and discussion.In view of the problems in the development of different types of peripheral rural areas in the aspects of "business units","development environment" and "linkage mode",this paper puts forward three construction modes of "symbiotic peripheral rural development": rural combination mode,urban-rural interaction mode and regional integration mode.And conducting layer building in each mode,with industry formats,rural land,farmers,Labour for the core elements of each pattern unit level,supplemented by the infrastructure,market system on the level of the symbiotic environment,ecological environment and information platform elements such as support,through the symbiotic mode level rural villagers,urban enterprises and government's three main collaborative operations management,realization of various types of urban fringe are a symbiotic type transformation in rural development,in order to under the new situation of the urban fringe area countryside planning and construction development play a certain reference function.Based on the existing symbiosis theory,this paper expounds the transformation and development mode and construction strategy of different types of rural fringe areas,and expands the research content of rural planning and construction of existing urban fringe areas.Combining theoretical research with the instance argument,urban fringe area of hefei rural development through analyzing the actual project planning and construction,strengthen the edge area countryside symbiotic development model is scientific and maneuverability,efforts for the city fringe area of village planning and construction in the future development to provide reference basis for planning theory and practice.
