Study On The Evaluation Of The Implementation Of Town Planning Construction Land

At present,the research on the whole planning system is more concerned with the compilation of planning.For the study of planning and implementation,especially the research and construction of the town planning construction land is relatively rare.The implementation of planning often determines whether the whole planning can be realized finally,It is important to evaluate the implementation of the plan.The implementation of the plan is based on the construction of construction land and the implementation of the indicators to reflect,so through the implementation of planning and construction of land evaluation can reflect the implementation of the planning situation.Through the research on the implementation of the evaluation of domestic and international planning and construction land,this paper constructs a set of assessment methods for the implementation of planning construction land of Moganshan Town by means of literature research,field investigation,GIS spatial analysis and analytic hierarchy process..And then,combined with the data obtained from field research to adjust the index evaluation index system to make it meet the local actual situation.In this paper,through the three versions of the adjustment,the evaluation index system of implementation of Moganshan town planning construction land,and brought construction land data of Moganshan town planning between 2012-2016 into the index system get the results of implementation evaluation,which verified that the evaluation method is feasible and can be used to evaluate the implementation of construction land of Moganshan Town.According to the evaluation results,analyzed the influencing factors of the implementation of Moganshan town planning and construction land and make recommendations on the implementation of Moganshan town planning construction land.Hope can also use for the same type of towns in China.
