With the attention of the country and the acceleration of the construction of the collecting and dispatching railway system in the container ports in recent years,it will narrowing the development gap of container rail-water multimodal transportation between China and developed countries.With the construction of transport channels for double stack container train and the successful initiation of the double stack container train from Ningbo Zhoushan Port to Shaoxing,it indicates that the development of rail-water multimodal transportation in China will develop to a higher level.How to alleviate the contradiction between the increasing volume of rail-water multimodal transportation and the capacity of the equipment in the port is the main problem considered in this paper.Base on this situation,this paper analyzing the collaborative scheduling optimization of handling equipment in port based on travel straight mode between container train and ship,to improve the efficiency of handling equipment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduced the concepts of rail-water multimodal transportation and the equipment and handling technology of the container port to determine quay crane,yard trailers and reach stacker as the research object.Moreover,this paper analyzed three layout forms of the port operations zone and railway operations zone,discussed the organizations of rail-water intermodal transportation in different layout forms of port,and introduced the operation process of the loading and unloading in three modes.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three modes,this paper selected the layout of port suitable for research.It is also point out that the research on scheduling optimization of handling equipment in port based on travel straight mode between double-stack container train and ship.(2)Aiming at the loading and unloading operation of quay crane,yard trailers and reach stacker,this paper studied the involved elements of scheduling during operation.Besides,this paper studied the positional relationship of the container on the double-stack container train and on the ship,and the loading and unloading order of equipment under different operation was proposed.(3)Taking the process of unloading train and loading ship as the research object for the research of one-way travel straight mode.Aiming at minimizing the makespan of loading and unloading operation,a mathematical model is established,which mainly considers the constraints of operation sequence,the constraints of operation time interval,the constraints of unloading order of containers,and the constraints of operation distance of approaching equipment and so on,in order to obtain the optimal operation sequence of equipment.(4)By analyzing the difference between the one-way travel straight mode and the two-way travel straight mode,based on the original constraints of one-way travel straight mode,this paper proposed the improvement of the constraints of operation time interval,the improvement of the loading and unloading order constraints of containers and the improvement of the constraints of waiting time.It also established the mathematical model of scheduling and optimization of the two-way travel straight model in order to minimizing the makespan,and designed a hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm to solve the mathematical model.(5)This paper designed an example to verify the effectiveness of the above model and algorithm.The results show that the model and algorithm can solve the optimization problem of scheduling based on travel straight mode between double-stack container train and ship.Moreover,through the comparison of the total time of loading and unloading operation under different number of trucks and different number of reach stacker,the optimal configuration of the three types of equipment under a certain workload is proposed.At last,it compared the efficiency of the two modes under the same workload.The results show that the two-way travel straight mode is better than the two-way travel straight mode.
