With the formation of high-speed railway network in China,the professional skill level of power supply dispatching personnel is very important to ensure the safety of high-speed rail transportation.Traditional training methods need to spend a lot of time and effort,and the final training effect is often unsatisfactory,which is difficult to meet the technical requirements of high-speed rail power dispatching personnel.So the research of high-speed traction power supply scheduling simulation training system has important practical significance.Based on the mathematical modeling technology and computer simulation technology of traction power supply system,this thesis researches and develops the monitoring simulation platform of high-speed railway traction power supply dispatching simulation system,which can dynamically display the running condition of traction power supply system in real time,and simulate the scheduling of dispatchers in daily work,which has practical guiding significance for improving the level of emergency response of dispatchers.(1)This thesis first introduces the composition and function of the high-speed rail traction power supply dispatching system,carries on the scheme design of the high-speed rail traction power supply dispatching simulation system,analyzes the demand analysis and designs each function modules of monitoring simulation,and analyzes the common fault types in the high-speed rail traction supply system.(2)The demand analysis of man-machine interface for Shitai passenger dedicated line power supply dispatch simulation system and the drawing objects in the user screen are analyzed.The main wiring diagram of the traction substation,AT station and section post station and the geographical map of the Shitai passenger dedicated line power supply dispatch system are drawn.(3)The monitoring simulation platform of high-speed rail traction power supply dispatching simulation system is developed.Based on VC++6.0,the algorithm of line charged derivation and telemetry voltage derivation are designed.The dispatching operation is divided into SCADA system operation and non-SCADA system operation,which are designed and developed based on VC++6.0 respectively.Establish a database of Shitai passenger dedicated line device variables for the traction substation,AT station and section post station.(4)Aiming at the fault disposal training test questions of foreign body handling of Shitai passenger dedicated line power supply dispatch system,the running effect of each step in the test question is analyzed.By running this test question in the high-speed rail traction power supply dispatching simulation system,the dispatching personnel can simulate the fault disposal operation process in the actual dispatching system.
