Research On Enterprise Intellectual Property Management In Construction Projects

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the focus of competition between market and industry has gradually shifted from past production and labor force to knowledge innovation.The management of property rights derived from knowledge is more important in modern projects,enterprises and competition,and intellectual property has become one of the most important resource types in the development of modern enterprises.At the same time,from the perspective of China's macro policy environment,the importance of intellectual property strategy is clearly pointed out in the nineteen major report of the party,indicating that China has raised the management of intellectual property and related work to the national level.The important role of intellectual property as the core of innovation ability is becoming more and more important,which embodies the close relationship between innovation ability and economic development and national strategy.Therefore,the effective management and protection of intellectual property rights,whether for countries and regions,or for enterprises and projects,is equivalent to the protection and development of the core competitiveness.As one of the pillar industries of our national economy,the construction industry contributes greatly to the economic development of our country.For the labor intensive industry,the overall skill level and knowledge level are relatively low.However,with the trend of global economic integration and the coming of the era of knowledge economy,the management of intellectual property in construction projects has been gradually paid attention,such as the increasing number of patent applications for intellectual property rights in the construction industry,and the enhancement of technological innovation ability.Therefore,it is necessary to study the management of intellectual property rights in construction projects under the current environmental background.This study is based on the characteristics of the construction industry,and the intellectual property management of the construction industry is still in the beginning and exploration stage,and the construction enterprise has gradually changed from extensive and experiential management in the past to the management trend of fine management,and the enterprise intellectual property management in the construction project is studied.First of all,on the theoretical level,through the analysis of the concept and connotation of intellectual property,the importance of intellectual property management in construction projects is demonstrated,and the specific scope of the construction project intellectual property management is clearly defined.Secondly,the present situation of intellectual property management in China's construction projects is analyzed,from the two aspects of legal and management practice.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the intellectual property management of the construction project,and evaluates the intellectual property rights management of the enterprise of A construction project through the case analysis method again.Finally,taking theevaluation results as the basis and the theory of intellectual property management as the guidance,the specific countermeasures for the management of intellectual property rights of the construction project are put forward..Through this study,we can enrich the content and scope of the research on intellectual property management of China's construction projects at the present stage from the theoretical point of view,and also provide guidance and reference for the intellectual property management of A project from the perspective of practice.
