Based on the optimization design of bridge crane girder structure based on improved fireworks algorithm,this paper studies and develops the optimization design system of bridge crane girder.The research results are constructed in the B/S mode cloud design platform of bridge crane,and a one-stop R&D and design service platform is built.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the needs of enterprises,this paper summarizes the research status of crane girder optimization design,crane design system and crane cloud design platform at home and abroad,and determines the research direction of the paper.(2)By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Fireworks Algorithms(FWA),this paper introduces reverse learning strategy,adaptive factor,new cross-mutation method and tournament selection strategy to improve the fireworks algorithm,and proposes an improved Fireworks Algorithms(IFWA).Then,the improved fireworks algorithm is introduced into the optimization design of the main girder structure of bridge crane,and the mathematical model of the main girder structure is established,the constraints and load conditions are determined.The feasibility of the improved algorithm for the optimization design of the main girder structure of bridge crane is verified by using MATLAB and ANSYS software.(3)Based on the development objective of the optimum design system for the main girder of overhead crane,combined with GBT3811-2008 and the actual needs of enterprises,the research and development of the system are carried out.The system mainly includes user management,database,design calculation and file output function modules.The design calculation of bridge crane components and the whole machine,the optimization design process of main girder structure and the checking process of calculation results are embedded in VB language program.The automatic design calculation,verification and verification of bridge crane structure and parameterized output of related production drawings and assembly drawings are realized.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate and verify the operation of the system.(4)The basic work and design data are integrated into the framework of cloud design platform based on B/S structure,and the development of cloud design platform is preliminarily completed.The main contents and key technologies of cloud design platform are mainly studied,and the platform architecture and functional modules are elaborated in detail,describes the specific application of crane cloud design platform and the integration technology of design resources,and studies the platform content system.
