After long development and practice of bridge crane, its physical design, operatingsystem design, the design of protective measure have been mature. However, itshuman-computer interface design in cab still is in the extensive scope. Goodhuman-computer interface can not only improves driver’s work efficiency and comfortof operation,, but also can reduce driver’s fatigue and improve driver’s accuracy. Atpresent, the relevant reference of bridge crane cab is seldom found in domestic,especially in interface optimization. This thesis provides reference for human-computerinterface design of bridge crane cab, which has positive significance to improve bridgecrane’s added value.This thesis applies TRIZ theory and ergonomic theory to the innovative design ofbridge crane cab. It mainly completes the following content:1. The thesis introduces the development of bridge crane cab and the features ofhuman-computer interface as well as the existing problems of human-computerinterface design of bridge crane cab in present domestic, and then it brings out thepurpose and main content of this paper research.2. The thesis forecasts the development tendency of bridge crane operating systemby using TRIZ theory of technology evolution and technology conflict solution. Besides,it put forwards new design idea to the vision improvement, thus it can achieve toimprove the whole concept design for the cab vision. As the computer virtual effectindicates, the cab vison has been greatly improved.3. The thesis studies the cab human-computer interface design on the basis ofconcept design. It designs cab’s display device, seat arrangement, operating gear,working space and other devices by using theories and methods of body model size, armstretching, interface, etc, which makes driver have a comfortable driving environment and meanwhile reduces mal operation and improves work efficiency.4. The thesis use vague comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate severalinfluential factors for the comfort of bridge crane cab. Finally, it gets the comfort levelof optimized bridge crane cab by calculation.
