With the widespread use of shield construction methods,it is very important to study how to improve the efficiency of shield construction for its sustainable development.The shield cutter is an indispensable part of the shield construction,so the operation of the cutter changer directly affects the construction efficiency.Furthermore,the shield tool change operation has problems such as high strength and high risk factor.Therefore,how to accurately evaluate the workload of the tool changer becomes a more urgent research topic in the current shield construction field.Based on this,taking the shield machine constant pressure tool change process as the research background,the shield cutter changer is the research object,and the tool change personnel's metabolism,work posture load and power load are deeply studied,and the work of the operator during the operation is calculated.The load value,and then analyze whether the operator is in high-risk dangerous work,the main research contents are as follows:(1)In view of the uncertainty of the tool change process caused by the unconformity of the shield tool change operation process,the analysis method for the tool change process flow is proposed.Through the simulation analysis of the shield tool change process,the shortage of the tool change operation is found.As well as the tool change notice,and the standard tool change process.(2)In order to ensure that the simulated shield tool change is consistent with the actual tool change in terms of working posture and power load,a motion capture method based on FAB real-time wireless motion capture and mechanics evaluation system is proposed.The job data is acquired by the FAB in real time to obtain the shield tool change operation data consistent with the actual.(3)In order to quantify the entire tool change process,based on the tool change data,a dynamic tool change simulation model based on JACK is constructed,and the TAT analysis method is used to analyze the dynamic simulation model to obtain the tool change.The working hours,power load,metabolism,and posture load of the workers are finally calculated by the mathematical model of the workload to obtain the workload index of the workers.(4)At the end of the thesis,the application example of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Group Co.,Ltd.-often with pressure change tool test bench(DL378 tool change test bench)is applied to the tool change personnel to apply the human factor simulation evaluation system to the workload of the tool changer.The experimental research verifies the practicability and high efficiency of the simulation analysis system,which can be used for shield fit operation and human-machine adaptability evaluation of human-computer interaction.
