Boiler is an important energy consumption and conversion equipment,which is widely used in machinery,electricity,chemical industry,food,paper and other industries.At the same time,it also plays a vital role in industrial production and heating life of residents.With the development of science and technology,boiler equipment is becoming more and more complex.It is particularly important to control the boiler temperature effectively and safely in the process of boiler combustion,that is,to control the water level of boiler drum in a suitable range.Boiler has the characteristics of large inertia,large delay and unstable nonlinearity,so it is difficult to determine its accurate mathematical model.At present,the traditional PID control method used in practice has some disadvantages,such as low precision,bad tuning,unable to control the drum pressure,and unable to meet the control requirements.In this paper,the combustion control system of gas-fired boiler is taken as the research object.Firstly,the system characteristics of boiler drum water level are introduced,including the dynamic analysis of water circulation in the boiler and drum water level,mainly the influence of water volume change on drum water level.Single-impulse,double-impulse and three-impulse are selected as the optimal control scheme,and the single-stage three-impulse and cascade three-impulse are simulated and compared.Then the theory of fuzzy PID control is introduced.Then the fuzzy controller is added on the basis of cascade three-impulse,and the control performance is simulated and analyzed by software.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional PID control system,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional PID control system,and puts forward the idea and method of improving traditional control,that is,using intelligent trajectory guidance method on the basis of conventional PID to obtain the ITGC control method,which can effectively improve the control quality;finally,ITGC is introduced on the basis of fuzzy control,and the advantages of both are integrated to design and study.The above model methods are using MATLAB / SIMULINK software to build the simulation model and analyze the simulation waveform.The simulation results show that the intelligent fuzzy ITGC controller has better control performance than ITGC controller and traditional PID controller,can better control the water level of boiler drum,and it can effectively reduce the workload of staff.The results show that the intelligent fuzzy ITGC controller is more suitable for gas fired boiler combustion system.
