| With the advancement of science and technology and the rapid development of China’s economy,a smart grid with reliable self-healing,flexible interaction,high quality and high efficiency came into being.In early 2019,State Grid Corporation proposed a new year’s new work goal.That is to build and operate a strong smart grid and a ubiquitous power Internet of things to realize intelligent services such as power and everything interconnection,human-computer interaction,efficient information processing,and comprehensive state perception.In this context,the traditional power marketing has been challenged.How should ZK Power Supply Company formulate its marketing service strategy? How to generate new development to adapt to the new situation has become an important issue to be solved.This paper takes ZK power supply company as the research object,based on the theory of power market marketing service,and analyzes and studies the ZK company’s power marketing service strategy under the background of “Internet +”.First of all,the article briefly introduces ZK power supply company from historical evolution,business status,and service marketing status.Then,combined with the current power reform situation and the development trend of market economy changes,the ZK power supply company faces various problems,macro environment and micro environment,and conducts an all-round analysis of the company’s power service marketing work.During the analysis,it was found that the traditional power service marketing model of ZK Power Supply Company has been unable to adapt to the changes in the current economic situation,and reform is imminent.Secondly,according to the above analysis,ZK Power Supply Company has weak staff service awareness,cumbersome business processes,lack of management mechanism and defects in information supervision,resulting in low product quality,high capital cost,single service channel and small promotion..This paper combines the marketing 4P,4C theory and service marketing theory,adapts to local conditions,optimizes the power service marketing strategy under the background of “Internet +” in line with the actual situation of ZK power supply company,that is,provides high-quality product strategy and provides low-cost intelligent power consumption.Strategy,multi-channel service strategy to provide customers with convenience,and a largescale promotion strategy to enhance brand image.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,a series of specific safeguard measures in line with the actual operation of ZK Power Supply Company were formulated,including organizational structure safeguard measures,human resources security measures,financial security measures and technical safeguard measures.Through the implementation of new service marketing strategies and safeguard measures,the social and economic benefits of ZK Power Supply Company will be continuously improved.This paper is of great significance for improving ZK power supply company’s marketing service level,strengthening its core competitiveness and further improving its economic and social benefits. |
