Research On Improvement Of Procurement Management Of Company A Based On Electronic Platform

With the deepening of the national supply-side structural reform,thermal power generation projects have experienced de-capacity pressure.Under the background of shrinking market,Company A,as a leading enterprise in the domestic energy construction industry,faces enormous operational pressure.How should Company A implement strict control over procurement costs to achieve quality and efficiency,becom e an important research issue.This paper takes Company A as the research object,systematically analyzes the problems existing after the implementation of electronic procurement and proposes improvement plans.Firstly,through the literature review,I review the research status at home and abroad and the related concepts of procurement management.Secondly,based on the research on the procurement status of Company A,I summarize the six aspects that the company still exists after the electronic procurement of the application procurement platform.Issues,including supplier management issues,unscheduled reporting,"one-mining" procurement implementation model issues,consumable materials and low-value consumables procurement efficiency and cost issues,low bid bond management efficiency,and electronic platform network security Need to improve,and analyze the causes of these problems from the source;again,in order to improve the level of electronic procurement management,targeted development of improvement measures,including the integration of the company procurement system to strengthen supplier management,implementation of framework agreement procurement to play a scale advantage Promote e-commerce and supermarket procurement,deep cooperation with banks to improve the efficiency of margin management,and introduce the establishment of new technology and the maintenance of full-time platform maintenance teams to improve the safety of electronic procurement.Through research,first of all,electronic procurement can be used as an effective means to comprehensively improve the overall management level.Second,supplier management is very important for corporate procurement management.Third,the framework agreement procurement model can play the role of procurement scale,increase the degree of procurement intensification,and avoid redundant labor of procurement personnel.The conclusions of this paper provide reference for the continuous improvement of A company's electronic procurement,and also provide valuable experience for other engineering construction enterprises to promote electronic procurement.
