The Research In Life Cycle Integrated Management Of Large Construction Projects Based On Information Platform

With the increasing of our country’s large construction projects, the complexity of the project which makes the problems of the project management more and more prominent. The large construction projects which relying on the traditional project management have been unable to adapt to their development, also can not satisfy the needs of project participants. In the traditional management model, the stakeholders have partition wall, and all stages separate from each other, and large amounts of information can’t be transmitted and shared, which make every participant and every stage not communicating and a whole. The realization of overall strategic goal will become more difficult. The overall life cycle integrated research of large construction projects thinking from overall and global angel, will be the trend of project management research in the future.To cure the above problems, this paper is based on life cycle thought and integrated thought, using the tools of engineering practice, literature review, a combination of theory and model, thinking from overall and global angel, for the life cycle and all-around integrated research of large construction projects.(1)According to the characteristics of large construction projects and integrated management thought, for the life cycle integrated necessity analysis of the large construction projects, proposing information platform as basis, integrated from process, goal and stakeholder three elements of the construction, the cycle life integrating model of large construction projects based on information platform is built.(2)Analyzing the necessity of life cycle’s goal integration in large construction projects, discussing and analyzing every target component of the cycle life in large construction projects, the cycle life goal integration model of large construction projects is built, and the critical path of realizing the goal integration is analyzed.(3)Analyzing by synthesis the meaning and necessity of life cycle’s process integration in large construction projects, the cycle life process integration model of large construction projects is built, the point and the key of integration are analyzed in every stage in detail.(4)Analyzing by synthesis the stakeholder and the necessity of stakeholder integration in large construction projects, and demarcating the stakeholder, the cycle life stakeholder integration theory frame of large construction projects is built, and the critical path of stakeholder integration is analyzed at last.(5)Through the necessity and connotation analysis of information integration in large construction projects, combining with the use of BIM, integrating the process information, goal information and organization information of the large construction projects, the cycle life information integration management platform of large construction projects based on BIM is built, and realization basis of information management platform is analyzed.
