Performance Evaluation Of Railway Transport Listed Companies Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In recent years,China’s railway has undergone several major reforms.In March 2013,the State Council adjusted its institutions then the Ministry of Railways did not exist.The China railway corporation was established,government and enterprises was separated.In September 2017,China Railway Corporation implements the reform of the company system of the railway bureau and 18 railway bureaus completed the company system reform.Opinions have been formulated on the development of a mixed ownership economy and provisional measures for new railway projects to attract social investment.At the same time,we will vigorously promote structural reforms on the supply side of railway transport.At present,railway reform is in a critical window.Some reforms have already shown results,and some reform priorities have also been broken.As a listed company,Daqin railway has good business development,which can be used as a reference for stock system reform and has strong research significance.The railway listed companies in China started late,and the number is small.At present,the research on the economic performance evaluation of the listed railway companies is still relatively simple,and the comprehensive performance evaluation is less.The previous research has paid more attention to the financial aspects and does not consider enterprise value,social responsibility and other factors.Therefore,the comprehensive performance evaluation,which is in line with the characteristics of the listed railway companies,is particularly important.From the perspective of railway transport listed companies,this paper adopts the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to carry out the research.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,it forms the performance evaluation system of listed companies and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Evaluate the performance of railway listed companies from five aspects: profit and debt repayment,asset flow,operational development,customer and social contributions,and internal growth of enterprises.It is hoped that the reform and development of railway transport enterprises will be discussed theoretically.Firstly,the thesis expounds the background and significance of the research,analyzes the current situation of railway listed companies,and the research situation at home and abroad.Secondly,construct multi-dimensional performance evaluation system;Finally,taking Daqin railway as an example,the result of performance evaluation is obtained,and the influencing factors of internal and external evaluation results are analyzed.
