Research On Evaluation Of Comprehensive Service Capacity Of Railway Freight Yard

With the development of effective prevention and control measures in China,the impact of the epidemic on the economy is gradually being repaired.The total amount of social logistics has shown an upward trend year by year.Railway transportation plays an important role in the logistics market,and its importance is becoming increasingly prominent.In order to better play the role of railway freight transportation,China National Railway Group Co.,Ltd.has carried out a series of reform measures.In some railway bureaus,the freight business has been separated vertically and a freight center has been set up separately,simplifying procedures,providing one-stop service,and directly facing the market to meet customers.In recent years,railway freight yards and special railway lines have entered a period of rapid construction and large-scale development,which is a huge development opportunity for railway freight transport.The railway freight yard is an important position to directly connect with the social transport market,which is of great significance to the evaluation of the comprehensive service capacity of the railway freight yard.Firstly,the thesis discusses the relevant theories of evaluation and research at home and abroad,and analyzes and identifies the relevant influencing factors of comprehensive service capacity in combination with the actual transportation production of railway freight yards;Secondly,the Delphi method is used to further screen the preliminary list of influencing factors obtained from the preliminary analysis,and the final list of evaluation indicators is obtained;Thirdly,on the basis of the final index list,the weight coefficient is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the comprehensive service capability evaluation index system is established;Fourthly,through comparison,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected and the final evaluation model is established;Fifthly,an example of a railway freight yard is selected to analyze and demonstrate the research method in this thesis and the freight yard practice,and the final evaluation results of the freight yard are obtained;Finally,according to the analysis results,the thesis puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the comprehensive service capacity of railway freight yards.This thesis combines the comprehensive service capacity evaluation index system with the railway freight yard example to study,which provides a reference for the operation and management of the railway freight yard,improves the comprehensive service capacity of the railway freight yard,and promotes the sustainable and optimized development of the railway freight transport industry.
