| The electric locomotive is the power source of train movement in electrified railway,its operation reliability directly affects the quality,safety and efficiency of the whole railway transportation.The running gear is the most important component of locomotive.Its failure may result in the abnormal impact,vibration and noise for the locomotive,and even cause the wheelset stripping,bearing damaged or locomotive overturning.Thus,the quality of locomotive running gears is key to the safety of railway transport.Serious fault is often developed from a hidden trouble descended gradually,this development is affected by the accessories material,quality of maintenance(maintenance),drawing method and tons,line(curve radius,slope,etc.)as well as the environment,climate and other factors.In order to guarantee safe and reliable of the locomotive running gear,forecasting warning in time before serious fault occurs,intervene ahead of schedule,the right treatment to avoid failure to expand or cause secondary failureare all necessary.85 sets of HXD3C/HXD3 CA locomotives in korla locomotive depot have been installed with locomotive security system(6A system),whose monitor module can measure the temperature,impact vibration data,and prewarn according to the preset pre-alarm logic warnings.In this paper,the types of locomotive running gear monitoring devices in China are investigated,and the characteristics of various monitoring devices are summarized by comparing the monitoring principles and practical cases.It is considered that temperature plus vibration impact monitoring is a better choice for locomotive running gear status monitoring.Secondly based on the typical failure cases arising in the course of locomotive operation are investigated based on analyzing the related data.The objective factors that cause monitoring device pre-alarm is found out,and a comprehensive document analysis method combining with the ambient temperature change,circuit basis,traction tons is put forward,so as to improve fault diagnosis accuracy.Then based on the analysis of police information extraction in 2015-2018 line department forecast,combined with failure case to go line monitoring file analysis,crown chakra testing,inspection and measurement and fall collapse and so on carries on the summary,find out the main cause of failure and judgment skills,to improve the validity and rationality of disposal scheme to provide the basis.In line with the guarantee the safety and reliability of the operation of the locomotive,make full use of existing locomotives equipment and inspection and testing means,comprehensive thinking ability of the crew and ground operations,through the operation of how to be more reasonable for emergency treatment,comprehensive analysis of the ground monitoring file note,after forecasting warning how to improve the pertinence of inspection,testing,buckle after processing the perspectives of how to accurately find out the fault point,determine several forecasting warning line stocks with the basic requirement of fault disposal scheme,the locomotive direction of forecasting warning fault disposal scheme for the perfect,At last,some Suggestions are put forward for the prevention of the common fault of the locomotive running gear.Through the optimization of the failure disposal scheme of the locomotive running gear alarm prediction,the disposal efficiency of the monitoring device of the locomotive running alarm prediction is improved,the accuracy of fault judgment is improved,the locomotive running safety is guaranteed,and the interference to the railway transportation order is reduced.At the same time,to a certain extent,it can avoid unnecessary troubleshooting,such as the failure of the repair,reduce the impact on the locomotive maintenance production;Through the study and analysis of the fault causes,it provides effective suggestions for carrying out preventive maintenance and status maintenance,and has a certain guiding role on the maintenance work of the maintenance department. |
