Track circuit equipment is one of important equipments of railway signal equipments, ZPW2000A/K-type track circuit equipment is used on Passenger Lines. Its performance is directly related to the efficiency and safety of high-speed railway transportation. Proper maintenance is a reasonable and important way to ensure and improve the reliability and availability of the equipment.In this thesis, reliability analysis methods of failure mode and effect analysis and reliability-centered maintenance analysis method are used for studying. The work of failure mode effect analysis of the equipment and the work of reliability centered maintenance of the equipment are done.First of all, clear the structure and function of ZPW2000A track circuit, analyze the failure modes and effects of the equipment Identfy the severity of the failure modes, the occurrence of failure and the detection of the reason. Clear the value of risk priority numbers (RPN), and the reasonable and feasible risk control measures are suggested based on the consequence of different failure modes. Failure mode and effect analysis of risk assessment and preliminary maintenance of conclusions is given.Second, Logic analysis diagram for equipment maintenance methods decision is proposed combining the theory of Reliability Centered Maintencance. The failure effect categories of the equipment are analyzed and the reasonable equipment maintenance mode of various subsystems is proposed. The optimal maintenance interval model of the periodic replacement and periodic inspection are mentioned and the maintenance interval is calculated. The conclusions of the maintenance mode and interval of the equipment are given combined with existing content of maintenance.Then, calculation model of the number of spare parts are proposed by studying equipment maintenance optimization and the advices for the equipment maintenance are suggested. The preliminary thought of the equipment maintenance management system is mentioned.At last, the content of this thesis is summarized. The problems which still exist and the future work to do are also mentioned.
