In recent years, due to the rapid development of micro-electromechanical systems technology, there have been a large number of micro-electronic devices. At the same time, the way that it can continuously supply power for micro-electronic devices has attracted scientists more attention.Mechanical vibration energy is a universal energy in nature and can be easily harvested.According to the domestic and international studies,MSMA has a good magnetism alloy reverse feature, which can be used to convert the vibration energy into electrical energy. This paper proposes a new vibration energy harvester based on MSMA inverse effect.Simultaneously,we have designed the relevant detection system and energy storage device. The following is the main content of this paper.First, this paper describes the electromagnetic, electrostatic, piezoelectric, magnetostrictive energy harvesting technology and discusses the advantages or disadvantages of the above methods.Second, this paper introduces the material properties of MSMA and gives the work principle of MSMA energy harvester.Third, the design of MSMA energy harvester is simulated by using ANSYS14.0.The mechanical structures is designed and fabricated by Siemens three-dimensional software UG.Then,a high-speed data acquisition system is set up to record the changes of pressure, magnetic field and temperature during experiment.Furthermore, basing on the induced voltage,we have designed an active power correction energy storage circuit which can improve energy harvesting and utilizing. Finally,we have done some experiments and find that the induced voltage under a constant magnetic field is positively correlated with the magnitude and frequency of the external stress, the energy harvesting circuit can achieve efficient storage of voltage.
