| The maintenance of marine diesel is an essential element in the entire life cycle of a ship.Preventive maintenance is an important part of diesel maintenance.As defined in GB/T2900.99-2016"Electrical Terminology and Credibility":Preventive maintenance is a maintenance that is carried out at a predetermined time interval or according to specified criteria to reduce the probability of product failure or to prevent functional degradation[1].Prevention as a method,in order to eliminate the failure before it occurs,can not only ensure the reliability of the ship’s diesel,but also greatly reduce the economic loss and task interruption caused by the failure.The implementation of the preventive maintenance of marine diesel engines is inseparable from the guidance of a comprehensive and sustainable standard.The International Specification for Developing and Continuously Preventive Maintenance(S4000P)is developed by the European Aerospace and Defense Industry Association,that is general preventive maintenance standards for products[2].By combining the system analysis process of the S4000P standard with the preventive maintenance of the marine diesel,an improved method for preventive maintenance of the marine diesel is obtained,and the preventive maintenance work of the marine diesel is carried out and implemented according to this method.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of preventive maintenance of marine diesel,the system analysis process of the S4000P standard is improved,and an improved system analysis(MSA)method suitable for diesel is obtained,which is called"precautionary maintenance method for marine diesel".It is mainly to improve each method module of the system analysis process,so that all the common features are converted into the special characteristics of the diesel,each method module is refined,and the analysis steps that do not match are deleted,and new ones are added,which makes it fully compatible with the preventive maintenance of diesel.(2)In the preventive maintenance of diesel,the application research is carried out in accordance with the flows of the MSA method.Based on the structural tree of diesel parts,the diesel parts are classified according to the wearing parts and wear-resistant parts,and the preventive maintenance mode corresponding to the critical movement of the diesel is reached.At the same time,the cylinder liner is taken as an example to analyze and apply the MSA method.The fault trees of the cylinder liner and the bearing bush are established according to the potential failure causes,and the preventive maintenance contents of all diesel obtained by the study are classified according to the W1W6 level.(3)Design a software to manage the preventive maintenance information of diesel engines,so that the preventive maintenance of marine diesel engines can keep up with the development of informatization and improve the ability to manage and apply preventive maintenance information for diesel engines.Study the top-level design of the software,and study the functional structure of the software,classify the required information,and design a software interface that implements all functions. |
